I am enjoying the back and forth you are having with Greg. However, you mentioned following other VM companies. Do you know anything about the Precision Sytems/Vicorp BETEX platform - they are not exactly VM, like Octel, but the company does deal with VM and IVR's and so forth.
I do not know the technical side like you do, so any input would be very helpful. Also you mentioned other VM companies - which particular ones do you follow? (You can put this on the Precision Systems thread if you like so this doesn't get muddled.) Thanks.
