Hi Cliff Brian sent me a message to check out the thread to see if I could answer a few of your questions. According to the Annual report from 1995 whcih is the latest to my knowledge operating cost per OZ. will be $187/ton Can. This is down from their premodernization cost per OZ. of $235 Can. According to the preliminary prospectus dated 5 Nov 96, Outstanding Common shares as of october 31,1996 are listed as 15,006,450 shares. This prospectus also talks about the company issuing silver royality shs. the annual indicates that all of the different mines are or will produce above the 24 oz. per ton of Ag, with the largest production coming from the Silver King at 42oz per ton. Almost 80% of the property is still yet to be developed below the depth of 200 feet. They are Estimating that there could be as much as another 200 mil oz. in the remainder of the drift, 2300 feet wide. total work force on site is expected to be around 100 at any one time on a 14 or 28 day rotation. I won't bore you with the details any futher, you can get these reports from UKH. it took me about five days to receive them from montreal, and I live in So. California. The people on this thread are really decent people. I've been on other BB and threads, became quickly disgusted. Happily These people are very different.
