Mr Brian Cook reports,
Fitness product supplier, Bow Flex, Inc, recorded its best quarterly
revenues to date posting sales of C$4.03 million in the first three months
of fiscal 1997, the company's president, Brian Cook, announced today.
Bow Flex achieved its first "US million dollar month" (C$1.37 million) in
the short month of February 1997 and was able to exceed this figure again
in March to finish with quarterly revenues up 208% over the same three
months in 1996.
This record first quarter result follows the company's best year end
figures with net income of C$1,158,992 in the 12 months to December 31
1996, a figure which was up 888% over 1995.
The first quarter 1997 earnings per share were C$0.04, compared with Bow
Flex's first quarter 1996 earnings per share of C$0.01.
"Bow Flex is continuing to grow at a rapid rate and these record first
quarter results are in line with the upward trend in our revenue stream,"
president Brian Cook said.
Bow Flex is proceeding with its campaign of 30 minute television
infomercials produced by award winning infomercial creators Stilson &
Stilson.
