Jay,

What would the Justice Department investigate. CSCO is in a large number of huge growth markets - all with competitors which are discussed at nearly every quarterly report. It's nothing like MSFT with the OS on every desktop. I think the Justice Department would have a real tough time making a case and I think they know it.
