This is a broad bull market for biotechs period. Check out the charts for these symbols (all Canadian biotechs) AEL, SDI, DMX, NVO, HML, GEB, and SYB. There are more... They all have a very similar pattern of increased volume/price over the last week. SO... I figure that either small investors are jumping on the band wagon or a couple of small cap biotech mutual funds have started a buying spree. The caveat in all this is that there is nothing fundamental here, other than a broad interest in biotechs... pretty well any biotech with a phase II or III drug. When this interest wanes the stocks will correct. I believe in MBI longterm, don't get me wrong but remember to take some profit. I think this buying is going to dry up once the hype is gone and positions are taken. Cheers, Graham P.S. anyone got some stocks to add to the tracking portfolio?
