First, I am glad to see the first public comment by RXD that they have so far, exactly nothing.

Second, on the issue of Serge increasing his position by buying large blocks in private transactions: Hypothetically, such a market making scheme goes as follows: significant funds are provided to a professional trader to move the stock up and down. When a block is accumulated at low to no cost, it is "privately sold" in an "arms length" transaction to Serge. On the surface, it saves filing a mountain of insider reports. However for this to work, lots of volume and volitility and retail buying is required. Thats where touts such as yourself and George "pump and dump" Tromp come in to the picture, to help attract lots of retail buying at high prices. When one cylce is completed, it starts again. Perhaps this current promotion is part of the next cycle eh?

To answer your question, short sellers are not spooked. Knowing how market making schemes work does help knowing when to enter and exit trading positions though. Good luck.
