Ted Bilke joined ASD Systems in December 1999 as Chief Operating Officer and has been instrumental in finding and adding top-notch members to the technical management team. Mr. Bilke has over fifteen years of progressive corporate development and technical experience in customer-focused positions. His background includes developing and implementing solutions to complex business challenges and his career path includes positions with MCI Systemhouse, Bell & Howell Mail Processing Systems, Duplex Products and EDS.

Recent additions to the technical team include:
-- Craig Goode, Vice President Call Center and Client Services. Mr.Goode has 16 years of operating experience with call centers and client management, primarily with Comdata Corporation and American Express.
-- Gary Kemp, Vice President Information Technology. Mr. Kemp has 16 years experience in Network and Data Center Operations. He was with EDS for 14 years as Assistant Director of Network Services and with MCI Systemshouse for two years as Managing Director of Operations.
-- Steve Gallegos, Director Network Management. Mr. Gallegos has 19 years of operations experience with LAN, WAN, voice and data systems, 17 of which were with EDS. He is focused on upgrading ASD's infrastructure to enable new functionality and further ensure system security.
-- Paul Recchia, Director of Quality Assurance. Mr. Recchia was with EDS and GM for over 21 years and has an extensive background in applications development, quality assurance and re-engineering. Mr. Recchia's primary responsibility includes enhancing the ASD change management processes and technology.
In addition to strengthening its technical management team, ASD has made a number of substantial new additions to its programming staff to increase the level of development and support for its applications.
Anticipated near-term additions to the technical team will include a Director of Implementations and a Director of Client Services. These positions will be significant contributors to ASD Systems' client relationship and business development efforts.
