Again Jay, there is no parallel with Cisco. MSFT was using their market "ownership" in the desktop client to stifle competition. CSCO has been fending off start-ups like JNPR, FDRY, EXTR, and current competition from NT, LU, and COMS for years. It's clear from the revenue growth that the start-ups are showing that CSCO has competition. Do you know anyone that has anything other than a Microsoft OS on their desktop? Everyday the CSCO bashers are here telling us about how CSCO is losing this account or that account... There is a huge difference. OG
