KING OF PRUSSIA, Pa., Feb 9, 2000 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Neoware Systems,
Inc., (NASDAQ:NWRE) will demonstrate its line of award-winning thin
client "appliances" at this year's Windows 2000 Conference and Expo
(San Francisco, February 15 through 17), in Booth 1145.

Neoware offers a powerful line of "information appliances" that allow
users to access applications running on multi-user Windows-based
servers, as well as mainframes, minicomputers and the Internet. They
are designed as an alternative to dumb terminals or personal computers,

appliances are typically used in conjunction with multi-user
Windows-based application servers running Microsoft's Windows 2000 or
Windows NT, Terminal Server Edition and Citrix MetaFrame.

At the Windows 2000 Conference, where Microsoft will announce the
general availability of Windows 2000, Neoware will demonstrate its
newest line of thin client appliances, which run the Windows CE
operating system. Neoware intends to offer users of Windows-based
applications simple-to-use appliances with superior performance, robust
central management and access to virtually any application running on
any server.
