Sure. Some Palm IPO fodder:

You've mentioned before your intention to sell COMS after
the IPO but before the distribution but I missed your reasons.

If you care to elaborate, always interested in your opinion.

Primary reason: In my experience, IPO's top-out the day of the IPO to several
months after the IPO. I believe COMS will peak with the Palm IPO.
Distribution of the PALM shares to COMS holders is not until 6 months
after the Palm IPO.

Reasons to sell COMS: I believe the whole move from 30 in COMS was due
to the Palm IPO. Last quarter's COMS earnings were poor, even though they
included great results from Palm. It seems to me that without Palm, it will
take yet another year before 3COM's earnings become decent. I believe that
some institutions have been buying COMS as a cheap way to get PALM shares.
I expect some of them to sell (over the next 6 months). If cable modem
and DSL do not catch on big-time for COMS, where is the future?
As I have said, I expect the PALM IPO at $25, go to $50-$100, at which time
I expect to sell. Three years with this COMS management is enough!
