I have also heard that TV Guide has an out clause in the preliminary licensing agreement if Gemstar is successfully acquired via hostile takeover and both AOL and MS were mentioned by name

Stew, could you tell us what percent of gmst stock is held by insiders? I had assumed Henry owned a very large chunk.
