This definitely looks positive, however it could just be small investors assuming something is up. Personally, when Xillix announced their legal proceedings against Olympus I held little hope for success. However if they are successful XLX could appreciate very significantly. The fact that a huge corporation (Olympus) allegedly took the extreme step of infringing on the Xillix patents shows just how good XLX's technology is. Let's keep our fingers crossed. Jason
