Paul here is one to look at. AAC will receive 4.90 cash and "a residual value obligation". My understanding is that the Associates intend to apply for listing of that residual. I have no idea at the value of the residual but it will have some claim to the earning power of transferred assets of AAC. If ,speculation only, the residual is worth .25 then the return of .46 on 4 11/16 is nearly 10 %. Prospectus to SEC on 12/23. My guess is deal closes by end of March.
