Thanks Annette. I'm thoroughly disappointed in Dale Fuller. I can't believe that, in structuring this deal, he has said to Wall Street that INPR is fairly valued at $15/share. And that's with $4/share of cash!!

In addition, there must have been twenty articles on the CORL/INPR merger and they all say the same thing: no current synergies between the two companies, both are labelled as chameleons (jumping from one opportunity to another), and this guy Cowpland has no ones respect. Why would Fuller do this to us INPR shareholders? He had just started to make believers out of us shareholders once again. I believe that there was genuine excitement building up for what he was doing. And, then, this! Very, very disappointing.
