The court has ordered that all of TPSS assets be sold to pay the creditors and all recovery costs. I have seen in a Pettycash post a week or so back that he is issuing a caution on this stock. He hasn't posted on the CDNO board of RB for quite some time. Rumor is that he sold. I am considering the same. IOMH
