Hardware Sales...$305,000

FNet Sales.......$470,000

Total Sales......$775,000

For Q2 2000 ending Dec. 1999 -

Hardware Sales...$248,000 = (18.7%)

FNet Sales.......$638,000 = + 35.7%

Total Sales......$886,000 = + 14.3%
