What you cite is one reason I quit trading bb stocks. There is no NASD requirement for bb MM's to show best bid or ask. They can trade all around your market order, never picking you up until they have cheaper shares to shove to you at a higher price. Same on the sell side. The last bb I traded I had a nice profit on...by the time they got done screwing my market order I lost money. DLJ said "gee that is too bad" Guess what....they made a market in that stock!! I don't use them anymore, period. Thievs!!!
