Re: "Why would Fuller do this to us INPR shareholders?"

Fuller has taken this very personally and you should not. He is probably just reaping the rewards of his past 8 months labors. When he was getting no salary and only stock options he was really really really motivated to the shareholders. Now he has gotten his promotion and permanent salary so he can start thinking of his future like the rest of us? He has much more time now to perform as well.

"He had just started to make believers out of us shareholders once again. I believe that there was genuine excitement building up for what he was doing. And, then, this! Very, very disappointing. Well, see ya soon on another board!! Good luck!!

This statement reminds me of back when INPR was rising nicely and out of nowhere (just like this deal) Del Yocum announced the purchase of VisiGenics at a huge over-valuation. My immediate thought at the time before I knew of any details was; "Oh no! not now? They can't afford to buy other companies now! They should at least finish their turn around and become profitable first"

The stock was trading at around 11-12 after a nice earnings report at that time. Then I started fishing around to see what it was about and thinking; "They must know more than they are telling?" Seem very simular to this deal? That is why I surmise this coming from the board? Just too much likeness in the timing and quality of the deals?
