Normally, I'd agree. But this is a sector dominated by institutional investors. I'd rather not be buying when they're selling. We are still not close enough to the OPEC meeting. Granted sentiment is getting ugly, but it's still way too early to buy unless you want to sell on the first bounce.

Many of the service issues still look overextended short term.

I want a cash hoard to buy some of the issues that are breaking down technically.

PXD another break into the 7's?
XTO sub 8?
FST sub 8?
FLC sub 12, 11...?

The good buys are just starting.
