Expense reduction. Win 2000 launch. The Microsoft $400 rebate program should help on consumer side. Server business doesn't appear to be taking the Y2k hit, so it might not suffer a leap year hit.

I know I'm going to look at the WIN 2000 machines. The $400 rebate for switching to Microsoft internet might make an ipaq very attractive. The old compaq tower runs great for what I do but there is nothing like a new PC to read SI on. <G>
