Bringing unwarranted suits for patent infringement can violate the antitrust laws. If it turns out that IBM is using overly broad patent claims to try to squash IFMX, I hope IFMX turns the tables on them and nails them for anti-competitive behavior using the anti-trust laws. Charlie
