IS, i know...i was using the term loosely. in any case, the more sales migrate to the internet, the more likely the states (as well as European countries) will cry foul.
i noticed AMZN was laid low by hackers yesterday....that's actually good for their bottom line. every 24-hour outage saves about 2 million bucks...<g>
