Has anyone else noticed no Smart Alerts for days?

I haven't received ANY alerts of any kind since last week. No confirmations, no price alerts, no IPO alerts - no nothing (in two accounts).
Not only have they not gone to any of the three email addresses specified in each account, but they haven't even showed up in my alert box (for either account).

I complained yesterday and got the following response this morning (note that they incorrectly insinuate that they are only not going to email when they haven't even showed up in my alert box - typical denial)
Maybe I should bounce a check and "apologize for the inconvenience" and tell them I'm "treating it with the utmost importance":

We are currently experiencing system issues with our smart alerts. They are not being forwarded to alternate email addresses as well as not showing IPO information. At this time the ETA is approximately 24 to 48 hours for a resolution. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. It is being treated with the utmost importance. We appreciate your patience.
