After listening to Sndyer either, 1) He is clueless or 2) He, like other analysts in the past, has a hidden agenda. Probably both.

Synder definitely doesn't get it. The only intelligent comment that came out of Sndyer's mouth was that phones are complicated computer devices. He was so high on NOKIA yet when you look at the number of CDMA phones coming out of ASIA you have to begin to wonder what sort of market share NOKIA is going to have in CDMA phones in the next couple years. If you travel around to the various cell phone retailers SAMSUNG, QCOM, and AUDIOVOX are the top picks for CDMA phones. You extend that to the good press that NEOPOINT and DENSO have received for their CDMA phones and you have a situation where NOKIA is going to have to execute well or eventually lose the market share advantage in the digital phone market that they have worked hard to obtain over the last few years. But wait, what about all those CHINESE manufactures that will also be taking a portion of the CDMA pie. For NOKIA to continue to gain market share they need to have "GREAT" CMDA phones. Otherwise, their growth and market share will peak sooner than most people think. The real growth is in CDMA not GSM.

BTW, I actually think we will see a great short opportunity with NOKIA within the next year.
