I think "this management team" is like whoever happens to be sitting down in the musical chairs at the moment. They change management on a regular basis. It's sort of like a joke. Liz Elterman was supposed to actually be good when she took over a few years back but I guess not. They've already been through several sales VP's, CFO's, etc.

Personally, I'm surprised the stock is above $5.
