This announcement of a new CEO who is sales oriented is a MAJOR and POSITIVE change in the profile of this company. Weltman has great contacts in the high-tech defense world, but very limited experience in the non-defense sector and was not a sales oriented type individual. I give Weltman credit for making this move as PCTR starts the latter stage of converting to the general business world.

This is a huge move and IMHO will soon start to produce positive results with resulting news releases that will move this low float company into new highs (recent times not years ago when this was a big time stock) quickly.

Thank you Mr. Weltman for this gutsy move.
