From reading the Nokia web site one could conclude that Nokia has already developed all of these wonderful 3G WCDMA offerings and it could be deployed tomorrow. Then you might notice the fine print which says:

The 3G vision presented on these web pages are just to highlight some possible future visions and Nokia can not take responsibility for, nor be liable for, the actual future commercial availability of these services and solutions.

The truth of the matter is all the fluff is just fluff until they have something ready for market. It will be interesting to see how it all plays out.

By the way, is Nokia even licensed by Qualcomm to commercialize W-CDMA infrastructure? Ah, details, details..
