We agree that change is inevitable. More companies chasing a likely limited number of trained personnel is bound to increase economic costs. No doubt in anyone's mind that there will be some inflationary result from increasing economic activity. The higher profile is possibly referring to IPJ sporting various Mongolian officials to the Toronto gold show recently. Good for IPJ, they have right of first refusal on all of Armand Beaudoin's work! Best regards, Ron E
