To All ASND Followers:

These rumors are doing a awful lot of damage when the stock has been
volatile for the last couple of days after the Cabot fiasco. I have
a strong suspicion that some short sellers are engaging in this
activity, after getting burned in this stock for the last 18 months.
I would become defensive if the price breaches $58 in the short term.

Somebody posted in this thread that Infoweek said that ASND pulled
in $90 million in one month. Please post the complete excerpt for
others to read.

I saw a lot of big trades on Lombard today, but it did not look like
the long-term holders are leaving. Again who knows? Any opinions
are welcome.

By the way the First Call consensus estimate for the June quarter is
$0.19. The consensus for Sept is $0.21, but ASND will take a charge
for NETSTAR in this quarter. IBD never updates their estimates on a
regular basis and confuses readers constantly on earnings.

If the NETSTAR aquisition is a pooling of interests, won't there be some
tax benefit and restating of net income (higher)? Can somebody throw
light on that.
