Thanks. Yeah, actually, I already did my DD on NETV/NETVE a couple of months ago. Obviously, I should have bought it, but I'm not planning to. But I don't trade often and am only willing to dive into something if I can imagine holding it for years.
The surprising thing to me is that this company actually seems to have good management. Unfortunately, it's tiny, a bulletin-board stock, it's temporarily non-compliant with NASD filing requirements (hence the E appended to their ticker, just like Virtualfund.com a few months ago) and there's really not much financial data to go on. It's a bit of a leap of faith. But I certainly wouldn't be surprised if it goes a heck of a lot higher. I guess it's up like 80% or something in the last 48 hours, whew.
I believe their points of presence are in Chicago, Philadelphia, and San Francisco. They bought a stake in "intermodal shipping" B2B hub webmodal.com. I was quite curious about that. Based on that business model and being headquartered in Chicago, I get a feeling that Flip knows a lot about Webmodal (and NETV too). Apparently david wetherell praised NETV over on the Raging Bull boards, that would be interesting.

Been looking for something similar for a while with no success. IPO.com still the best source.
2 other incubators I've been watching...
NETVe - just invested in Webmodal Inc., a Chicago area co... HUGE run the last few days.
RAND - very similar to WCAP pre 99... invests small, just made their first over 1 million dollar investment in Pathlight Technology.
best wishes |
