Ice: Occasionally the govt boys will "lean on" the firms that push prices up too aggressively which has not had a particle of impact as far as I can tell. (g) Many Ontario residents have drug insurance policies (as a part of their negotiated benefits plan with their employers) but these have no government involvement. Healthcare is government run, but it is a provincial thing. As you might expect, it is expensive, when all the bills are totalled, but it is also pretty good. Perhaps the referenced Americans were visiting another province? Or there may be something going on that I am not aware of. Best, Earlie
