Jb,

I have been told that if I transfer in an account that has BB stocks in it that Cyber can SELL them.

This is correct, we can close out a BB stock position for a trader if he calls in to a broker. However, it is company policy for our brokers to only accept closing orders. Hence since BB stocks cannot be traded via a direct access platform, we do not provide BB stock trading capability.

Seems to me that if a company wants customers and has a service it can provide it should do so.

Your point is well made for we are always looking to service our customers the best way possible. However, until BB stocks are approved for trading via direct access platforms, we don't feel it would be in everyone's best interest to take away from our primary focus, which is to provide the best tools and service for online traders. Thanks again for you input and please let us know if we can be of any help.

Sincerely,
CyBerCorp.com
