Now there is a thoughtful strategy. Let it make "substantial gains" and then buy it?

Yeah, CSCO looks real interesting here. I think we may make it to a $1 Trillion market cap before MSFT. I think it would still be undervalued at those levels. Think about it, that is only a 230 P/E at those prices. With an earnings yield of 43 basis points, how can you go wrong!

I wish you luck in your new world. I hope you are not margined and that you do not get too hurt when we regress back to the mean, so to speak.
