Blair report is thin, but it reads great given the valuation (something like $20 of net current assets + real estate, maybe it was more than that - no need to recall exactly until the stock is close to there). Fourth quarter they did $1.05 net vs $.79 in 1998. The improvement was "primarily due to increased response to a reduced advertising program" - sounds good to me. It looks like they repurchased something like 10% of their share count, so the net-net per share valuation might have even gone up.

Berkshire Hathaway B's below 1600 - Mike, you're getting close, and CNBC tells me we're still in a bull market. So smile!
