A good thread, hope people participate more on this, if any one is interested a good place to check out is the coach university site coachu.com. It has good suggestion. Also Covey's, Peter Drucker books and tapes are excellent. I think most of the time the manager's want to do good, but are afraid to admit that they are wrong and there way dosen't work. Also some of it may be ego. Some of the classes the management should participate along with there team members/co-worker's. I just read a book on Southwest airline's "Nuts:Southwest airlines receipe for personal and business success". It is amazing how the whole thing works. Have a wounderful day.
