Breaking News... biz.yahoo.com Alert: Landry's Says to Buy Rainforest Cafe for $125 Mln in Cash,Stock (NasdaqNM:RAIN, mergers, NYSE:LNY) 125 mil divided by 24 mil shares works out to $5.20 per share. What a sorry ending to a stock that once held so much promise.
