AV, SVGI has expanded its capacity and is ready

for substantially higher demand. SVGI's new high throughput high NA 193 nm lithography tool should open up the whole market including Drams to SVGI. Its Mercury platform based litho. tools for 193nm & 157 nm will probably have throughput over 100 wph. Furthermore, SVGI offers leading edge furnaces and photoresist systems.
