It is my understanding tha BMI provides it.
It may be a question of having Quote.com lobby its supplier to include it. After all, Globex2 is an all electronic exchange.
And what it, just what if, its as simple as flicking a switch somewhere... stranger things have happened.

Keep up the good work. Also I think you should charge for tech support so you don't get the lines clogged up with "RTFM" questions... my experience in the IT industry is that free support always gets inundated to the point where it is very difficult, and costly, to be effective.
It may pay to have the documentation/help HTML revamped - for example, the question about "All Sessions" posted here the other day - I was unable to search for it in help. Actually, the help query system was down when I tried... so maybe the content is there.
At any rate, if you tell people on the call distribution queue that you are going to ask for a credit card number and charge them if its a "how to use" question as opposed to "I am down", perhaps call volume will drop off.
Draconian, but effective.
