Thats another defense as well, though I might modify your language ever so slightly....but the point is anti-trust counterclaim is available. While we're at it, you might throw in a RICO counterclaim, assuming the right fact pattern. Now that would be ballsy, but if appropriate up the ante a little. Bottom line is IFMX has a number of defenses at its disposal, and hopefully with competent counsel, the best will be selected to make IBM go away licking their chops remembering there are other profitable e-commerce companies that start with the letter "I." :~)
