I do like the part where she says:

Again, it is extremely difficult to estimate secret worldwide unreported silver holdings. But regardless of the actual levels, one thing that is clear is that silver inventories continue to be drawn down, and are approaching critically low levels.

We've heard this argument for quite awhile now, but haven't seen the price react to this "critical" situation lately. Perhaps there is some paper manipulation (massive shorts) as we have seen in the gold market. Or perhaps the secret holdings are larger than everyone thinks. Time will tell the tale.
