I wouldn't get too excited yet. Two reasons-

1) It's an election year, and Bubble Boy is still printing like mad.

2) Penny stocks are still on fire. Check out the Up/Down volume on the BB stocks- finance.yahoo.com

Dung and RUT are only a good one day rally from new highs. But the soldiers won't be going too far without the generals- so keep an eye on the gorillas to see if they decide to go back to war.
