Yesterday I was afraid of my own shadow (terrified actually), and today I am fearless. In a frenzy of enthusiam I had added warrants while on the beach in Kailua when the underlying Empire was trading at Yen 134,000. The temptation to beat a hasty retreat is strong, but have to wait for Europe open, and then I may hesitate further and decide to sweat out another night. Found penthouse duplex apartment (3,xxx sqf) on Waikiki Avenue with full ocean view. Foreclosure situation. Mortgage itself may be available for sale at 50% on the dollar - 431 shares of 9984 does it. Property is leasehold, but has in package 2 plots of land on northside.
