This is from "The Lion" e-mail newsletter today:

Due to Webmethods (WEBM) IPO later this week, XML-based stocks may see some momentum ahead. Stocks to watch include INSO, BITS, FORM, IARC, EXLN, INPT, and WEBB.

No, they did not mention PCTR, but it would not lessen the effect anyway. We will see.
