What's your horizon? What is your cash level? Can you buy enough to get within your average to 20% of market price?

I don't think the lawsuit will sink the company. If it has merit then some royalty agreement will be reached. If you have enough money you may want to buy enough shares to get your average price to within 20% of the current price. When a surge comes into the stock you can decide to liquidate or partially liquidate. It looks terribly oversold to me. Don't make decisions when desperate.
