The company is doing a deal, and is legally obliged to terms of COMPLIANCE, during such times, and Compliance dictates that they SHUT UP and speak to no one!! Well the 10K is out and according to that, the company is about to go out of business. Can't see I see a thing good there :(( The Company notes that there is not sufficient monthly cash flows from operations to continue to operate the business for the next year, or for that matter, the next fiscal quarter.
