Hello From Glenn Zagoren,
Once again I have be called in to clear up some false and misleading points that are being posted on this thread.
Regarding our Form 10 filing with the SEC. We have a very large and reputable law firm, Kronish Lieb Wiener and Hellman, who have been taking care of the filing. They have been working with our equally good accounting firm. We first sent in our filing back in June. After some time the SEC responded with comments. This is standard. The comments were fair and routine. Our team answered the comments and returned the form to the SEC. We then waited again to hear from the SEC. This time they had some new comments and asked for more information on some of the old comments. Frankly, this surprised our SEC team since they thought that they had answered them completely. Once again we submitted the form. This brings us to this week. We received 4 basic comments, 2 new and 2 old. We responded with a few lines on each and returned the form within 24 hours.
NOW...
Each copy of our filing is available on the ProNetLink.com site. They are also available on www.freeedgar.com. You can look for yourself and try to find the changes. They are small.
Management believes that this issue with the SEC will be resolved shortly. Management has also done everything it can do to get this completed in the time frame alloted. We do not believe that there was anything out of the ordinary questioned within our filing. Once again you can read each version.
There has been another rumor that management has been selling shares. This is false and slanderous. Management still owns 35% of the company.
To conclude, I believe that the current situation is unfortunate for the investors. Management has taken every step necessary to move this process quickly.
I personally do not see this current event having any effect on the plans of the company or the development of the site. Today we were pleased to welcome eCredit.com to our network and on Friday I leave with Secretary Daley on a Trade Mission to Latin America.
In a very short time those bashing the company will need, once again, to find something else to complain about.
As always you can contact me directly at 212-688-8838 or email me at gz@pronetlink.com.
Thank you for your support.
Sincerely,
Glenn Zagoren
Chairman
