Tonic for your nerves? Certainly for mine. Two articles on the Greenspan put option. One at www.pimco.com/io.htm , the first article on the left; the better of the two. The other one out of MSDW or ML, don't recall which now, discussed in the FT last week (search for 'Greenspan put'), same point but more jargon. Sum and substance - AG props up market at minus 20-25% from top. Other interesting stuff about multiple rebasing and 'bubble' risk arising from applying historical measures to rebased/rebasing levels..... check it out. Separately, just moving up your strikes or pulling in the expirations as well? best, manohar
