Am I reading this right or is there a currency conversion I'm missing.

SUF has a contract in hand to pay 9.2 (is it?) for 54% and Implats is now at 45+. I know they have to make the 9.2 offer to all of the 'minority' shareholders, but I can't understand why anyone would accept 9.2 when they can get 45 in the market.

This is hardly reflected in SUF's valuation.
