<<Stopping the old SI will give you better service and new features.>>

Pareto: Lets agree to disagree on this.....When Coke stopped making 'the Classic Coke' available it was a HUGE marketing mistake. The customers wanted a choice. Fortunately, Coke realized they made a mistake and brought back 'the original version.' IMO, SI should NOT take their success for granted.....I have learned a lot in the last 18 months and SI has created a powerful sense of community. Yet, I have received many private messages (and public messages) from members who would prefer to have access to 'the Classic SI'....In today's internet age shouldn't the customers have a choice....?? We are living in the era of mass customization and 1-to-1 marketing. I would prefer that the Seattle-based SI adopt 'the Nordstrom attitude' that customer satisfaction is the TOP priority. Nordstrom is legendary when it comes to doing what it takes to exceed customer expectations. The ball is in SI's court...they can choose to do 'the right thing' for the customers and for the business OR they can provide a huge window of opportunity for CMGI's new Alta Vista / Raging Bull Investment Community. I will continue to use SI. Yet, maybe not as much as I have in the past.

Good Luck Investing.

Best Regards,

Scott
