Greg, Countersue? The plaintiff's are rumored to have another lawsuit going (well, actually tons of other lawsuits) in which they filed a "declaration of poverty" (not the exact legal term, but the gist of the filing) with one of the courts. Though a countersuit may indeed be warranted, there may be nothing to acquire by filing and winning one... KJC
